The first Dazzle CD moved an important step closer to realisation this weekend following recording sessions with the Carmel Thomas Youth Singers.

The children's choir, well-known for their involvement in the London stagings of Joseph, have been working on the chorus parts for Dazzle for 10 weeks.

Carmel Thomas said: "Dazzle is a great children's musical and the music is fantastic. Our children love the songs.

"The choir has been performing a medley from Dazzle, written by Andrew Bailey, at our public concerts. They are fabulous! We are looking to stage a full-scale production of the show in the future.”

The choir takes part in international concerts and recently performed at the London Palladium for a Royal Command Performance.

Limelight's Musical's Dazzle CD will be ready for release soon.
